Warranty Policy

Timezone Group inspects all watches before shipping to ensure functionality and quality. There may be occasional defects.

In accordance with the Warranty Policy, a watch is considered defective if a manufacturing fault is reported within the Warranty Period from the date of purchase. The warranty card for your watch can be presented to the nearest Timezone store if it meets these criteria. Along with your order number, you can describe the issue with your watch.

If your Warranty Claim does not fall within the Warranty Period or under this Warranty Policy, we reserve the right to deny your claim.

You will be offered a repair when your warranty claim is approved.

Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by excessive force, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.

In the following circumstances, warranty claims are invalid:

  • The damage that occurs during transportation and delivery.
  • Normal wear and tear damage.
  • Timezone Company is not responsible for damage caused by repairs or assembly performed by non-authorized after-sales service centers.
  • Watch damage caused by neglect, abuse, or violent handling.
  • Damage caused by shock or impact to the glass or body.
  • Watches without serial numbers or proof of purchase.
