Items purchased from www.timezoneoman.com can be returned within 7 days if unused and undamaged. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Returns must include the original receipt, packaging, and all components. Visit any of our return locations with your item and invoice to request a refund or exchange.

Warranty Policy

All watches are quality-checked before shipping. Manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period are eligible for repair. Present your warranty card and order number at a Timezone store. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage from mishandling, or unauthorized repairs. Proof of purchase is required.
